Welcome to Mae Macpherson Art. By using this website and placing an order, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before purchasing.
1. About Us
Mae Macpherson Art is a trading name of Mae Macpherson Art Studio Limited, registered in Scotland under company number SC864625, with registered office at 5 South Charlotte Street, Edinburgh, Scotland, EH2 4AN.
Mae Macpherson Art is a brand offering a curated range of art products. The name “Mae Macpherson” is used as a creative brand identity and does not represent a real individual. Each artwork is created in-house with care and creativity using modern digital techniques, allowing us to shape expressive and meaningful pieces for your home.
2. Products
All products are printed to order. Colours may vary slightly from those shown on screen due to differences in monitor settings and print processes. Sizes are approximate and may vary slightly due to trimming or stretching processes for canvas prints.
3. Pricing
All prices are listed in GBP (£) and include VAT where applicable. We reserve the right to change pricing at any time without notice. Promotional pricing may be offered for limited periods and cannot be applied retrospectively.
4. Payments
We accept all major credit and debit cards, PayPal, and other secure payment methods offered at checkout. Payment must be received in full before your order is processed.
5. Shipping & Delivery
Orders are typically dispatched within 5 working days. Delivery times may vary depending on your location and the volume of orders during busy periods.
We currently only ship within the United Kingdom.
We are not responsible for delays caused by postal services or couriers once the item has been dispatched.
6. Returns & Refunds
All wall art is printed to order, which means it is created specifically for you once your purchase is made. As such, we are unable to accept returns or offer refunds for change-of-mind reasons, including if the artwork does not match your space or personal preferences.
Under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013, your right to cancel does not apply once production has begun on a made-to-order item.
If your item arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with a clear photo of the issue, and we’ll arrange a replacement or refund.

7. Order Cancellations
If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible. If production has not yet begun, we may be able to cancel and issue a full refund.
8. Intellectual Property
All content on this website—including images, text, and designs—is the property of Mae Macpherson Art and may not be copied, reproduced, or distributed without written permission.
9. Privacy Policy

10. Limitation of Liability
Mae Macpherson Art is not liable for any indirect or consequential loss or damage arising from the use of our products or website. Our total liability in respect of any order shall not exceed the amount paid for that order.

These terms are governed by the laws of Scotland. If you are a consumer resident elsewhere in the United Kingdom, you will also benefit from any mandatory protections given to you by the laws of your country of residence. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the Scottish courts.

We may update or amend these terms and conditions at any time. Any changes will take effect immediately upon being published on this website. Your continued use of the website after any updates constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
13. Website Information & Errors
We make every effort to ensure all information on this website is accurate. However, occasional errors or omissions may occur. We reserve the right to correct any errors, inaccuracies, or omissions and to update product information or pricing at any time, without prior notice.
If an error affects your order, we will contact you to offer a refund or alternative solution.
14. Order Acceptance
All orders placed are subject to acceptance. We may decline or cancel an order if a product is unavailable, if there is an error in pricing or product information, or for any other reasonable reason. If this happens, you will be promptly refunded.
15. Customer Responsibilities
It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that all order details, including sizes, framing choices, and delivery addresses, are correct at the time of purchase. We cannot be held responsible for errors entered during checkout.
16. Use of Our Artwork
Purchased prints are for personal use only and may not be reproduced, resold, edited, or used commercially without written permission. Digital or physical reproduction of our artwork is strictly prohibited.
17. Force Majeure
We are not liable for delays or failure to perform our obligations caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to weather disruptions, courier delays, strikes, power failures, or supply issues.
18. Age Restrictions
By placing an order on this website, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old or are purchasing with the full consent and supervision of a parent or legal guardian.
19. Severability
If any part of these terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining sections will continue to apply in full.
20. Entire Agreement
These terms and conditions, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Mae Macpherson Art regarding your use of this website and your purchase of products.
